Misc.:  Matching high-numbered serials.  Offered initially as individual Series 1995 sets, the option was then added to purchase matching or individual Series 1999 sets thus the option to purchase 24 notes with the same serial number existed.  A lottery was held for the purchase of the Series 1995 and Series 1999 sets containing 12 notes each with serial number 99999999.
